Hi, I would like to take this opportunity to praise J for his outstanding support during this child’s first language assessment. He was absolutely fantastic and had such a lovely manner with the child. He was also incredibly informative when translating back to me, providing so much detail and valuable information.

Hello Colleagues, I just wanted to send a quick message to say thank you for helping me to understand the booking system as a first timer using the system. Once I got my head round it, it was easy to use. I was also very impressed with the interpreter skills and how hard they worked in challenging circumstances. We had two very successful vaccination sessions as a result.

Good morning,
I have been asked to pass on to you, the message of great appreciation of M’s work at court last week, as set out below in the message from the team leader: I just wanted to share our massive appreciation of M who has translated for the last 3 days. She has done incredibly well and has been crucial to the MGM understanding. I feel it needs to be shared how hard it is to interpret court proceedings and M has done incredibly. Please can this be passed along. Thank you very much for all of your assistance.
Kind regards
Kate Lincoln

Hi SIU, Many thanks to yourselves and the interpreter’s assistance in arranging and carrying out the translation for maternal grandmother at the final hearing. I have just received the following email from the judge’s clerk on the case: “Dear Kerry, I am writing to express the courts gratitude for the assistance of the interpreter M R. She was professional, patient, helpful and an excellent team player. She worked with the court interpreter extremely well. It was a difficult case to translate over a number of days. Ms R worked incredibly hard, and the case finalised. Please pass on the court Comments to Ms R and thank her for her valued assistance. Regards, Lynda” Please pass on the courts positive feedback to Ms R, great to see that all went well. Kind Regards Kerry

Dear Maribel,
Just wanted to send a few positive thoughts about Z’s work at St Anne’s last week (2 May).
She was assisting three candidates with their Persian Speaking GCSE exams.
I’d like to highlight that Z had to learn how to conduct Speaking Exam in half an hour and she did a marvellous job!
Please could you acknowledge the input and going beyond the usual interpreting nature of the job.
Thank you kindly
Monika Polaszek

I just wanted to highlight the incredible practice of an interpreter who has been working closely with one of the young people who is currently on my case load, F who speaks Tigrinya. Hmeret’s Mum sadly passed away due to cancer and the empathy, support, care and affection he showed Hmeret today was second to none in such difficult circumstances. This was a challenging visit emotionally for the both of us but F has been more than incredible. I have shared my thanks directly to him but feels this needs to be commended separately by his manager. I don’t think I could have got through the visit today without him – he is incredible.
Thanks,
Georgia Cotton
